My time at Flight Centre was especially memorable, earning the honour of Global Marketer of the Year and an invitation to the Global Ball in Barcelona, celebrating alongside Richard Branson. At Virgin, I had the privilege of spearheading the global launch of their Velocity frequent flyer program and introducing the Virgin brand to the South Pacific, including New Zealand and Fiji – a true career highlight filled with milestones, challenges, and lasting friendships.

In 2015, I launched What Matters Marketing, shifting my focus to empowering small and medium-sized businesses to grow and thrive.
